I joined FOX Factory, Inc. in 2012 as Global Marketing Communications Manager for the Bicycle Division where I concentrated on public relations, content creation, product placement, and ambassador development. Using experience from a decade of working as an editor, I realigned the brand’s relationship with media, reconfigured the process for launching products, and enhanced their ambassador program. I helped developed storytelling and content to showcase FOX’s product innovation and technology while integrating crossover marketing from the Powersports and Offroad divisions whenever possible. I managed the brand advertising, content, ambassador and event sponsorships, events, social and PR. I worked with the engineering and design teams to launch many innovative, successful products that won numerous industry awards. FOX purchased Marzocchi in 2015 and using the similar techniques, we began developing a distinct, successful culture to relaunch the brand.
I was part of the original group who started Decline Magazine in 2003. We saw an opportunity through the lack of downhill and freeride coverage to create in-depth features on everything from athletes to events and product development. I witnessed the rise of enduro first-hand and began integrating content into the magazine. While I contributed to many areas that helped create each issue, I primarily served as lead on all product-related articles, as a tester and writer, before becoming the Editor.

I began working at Marzocchi in 1999 and their rapid growth soon had me managing the Service Department. I assisted with product launches, media reviews, events, product development, service procedures, and quality control. I created their first tuning and service guides, and helped support campaigns, photo and video shoots.
