CrankTank is proud to announce that Mark Jordan is joining the Idaho-based consulting agency. Jordan, formerly of FOX Factory, Inc., adds marketing leadership experience and a strong brand communications background to CrankTank’s expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce strategy, and public relations business.

As CrankTank’s new Sr. Account Manager, Jordan will focus on brand communications, product placement, and earned content for selected clients.

CrankTank Vice President Adrian Montgomery anticipates Jordan’s expertise will enhance the agency’s already well-rounded skillset. “We’re excited to bring Mark on board. He’s a professional I’ve known for years, and his experience not only complements our group well, but it will also provide us additional bandwidth and expertise to service our clients.”

Jordan spent the last seven years as Global Marketing Communications Manager at FOX overseeing the launch of several award-winning products such as Live Valve, 36 GRIP2, and FLOAT X2, as well as the re-launch of the Marzocchi brand. Jordan has roots in feature content creation as he was also part of the original group that started Decline Magazine in 2003.

“I enjoy public relations and working directly with media,” noted Jordan. “Many of the brands we work with create products that need to be experienced, and some of the best meetings you can have are out on the bike. I look forward to being part of a team that is leading the future of brand strategy in our core markets.”

Jordan be based in California and will frequent CrankTank’s headquarters in Ketchum, Idaho.
